Rachmaninoff, Sergei (1873 – 1943)

An attractive youthful 8″ X 10″ photograph of Sergei Rachmaninoff, signed distincly in neat fountain-pen by the composer. He adds the date, April 7th 1921. A few creases and slight silvering, with a paper-clip indentation to one corner, otherwise in very fine condition. Together with a portion of the original transmittal envelope, with Rachmaninoff’s return address in New York written to one corner in another hand.
