A signed and inscribed approximately 9.5″ X 7.5″ head and shoulders portrait by Ella Fitzgerald, neatly trimmed. Inscribed to Herb Riess. A small tear to the lower left corner, and some light scuffing to the surface, otherwise in generally fine condition.
