Curie, Marie (1867 – 1934)

An autograph letter signed by Marie Curie, ‘M. Curie’, to the recto and verso of a plain oblong 12mo correspondence card. In the undated note, Curie makes a request of her correspondent: ‘Would you kindly allow the bearer of this letter to collect the portico and pole that were left in your garden, which I intend to give to the school in Fontenay?’ Some very light, minor age wear, otherwise in very fine condition.
