Churchill, Frank (1901 – 1942)

An extremely rare autograph musical quotation signed by Disney composer, Frank Churchill. He writes out two bars of Whistle While You Work, a song sung by Snow White herself in Snow White and the Seven Dwarves in fountain pen ink. Churchill adds the words beneath the music then signs very boldly. Dated in another hand, in pencil, October 12th 1938 to the lower edge. Autographs of Churchill are extremely rare in any format as the composer committed suicide in 1942, just five years after the release of Snow White.
