Kerouac, Jack (1922 – 1969)

‘I don’t have a publicity agent like Tab Hunter’s to handle photos’

A scarce autograph letter signed by Jack Kerouac. The author writes to Jim on a postcard, noting, ‘I just don’t have any photos of myself — and I don’t have a publicity agent like Tab Hunter’s to handle photos.’ He goes on, ‘Incidentally, I used to live at 1943 Berkeley Way, in Summer 1957, downstairs front. Nice neighborhood. Jack Kerouac.’ Hand-addressed by the author to the reverse side, and postmarked December 12th 1960. In very fine condition.
